As there is no house edge involved in the game of bingo, it is relatively simple to assess the chances for winning. To work out the approximate winning odds, for each card a player buys, you divide that number by the number of players multiplied by the total number of cards sold, multiplied by 100 to produce a percentage. Despite knowing the winning odds, this may not be of much help to the average player. While there may be statistical odds that can be drawn upon to assess your chances of winning, the true chances of winning are completely randomised. This is due to the fact that there cannot be any odds on any one number being drawn over any other number in any one game. This means that when all is said and done, luck is the only real constant in this game. |
