It looks like the State of Oregon will be reducing their funding for the treatment of pathological gambling for people living in the state. Their ailing budget seems to be the main cause of this cut, but you'd think they might use their common sense and maybe get the gambling industry to foot the bill. At least they could if it were legal and regulated...
