Hey guys, looks like the very first American online gambling operator has been convicted for his involvement in an online sportsbook routing phone calls through Costa Rica. Michael V Badalucco pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing, although it looks like he'll get less than 12 months behind bars because of his bargain.
