Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone made a special valentines Day bet on something unusual or romantic?

I made a special bet with my best friend on how many red roses our boyfriends would give each of us. We each wrote down our guess on a piece of paper and sealed them in envelopes so we couldn't see what each other guessed.

The bet was ten pounds each and the winner would be the one who got closest to the real number their boyfriend gave them, winner takes all.

My guess was 12, which is a pretty average bet, while my friend, I just found out, bet just 6. Well, you want to know who won, right?

My friend won as her boyfriend gave her 12 red roses.

My boyfriend is now my ex-boyfriend as he came up empty. The louse didn't even get me a card!

That's the last time I make a romantic bet...

Ouch! The roses I can sort of understand, but forgetting the card is sacrilege! That's a man who would forget your birthday, wedding anniversary and all that stuff in the future, so you did the right thing to get shot of him!

Oh yeah, the answer is no, I wouldn't dare bet on a Valentine!!!

Whoa that is so not cool! The dude forgot to get you a Valentine card which technically is saying he doesn't care crap about you!

I, on the other hand was the perfect dude and got my girl a card, flowers, a cool heart charm for her bracelet AND took her out for a smoochy meal at a fancy restaurant. When it means something, you go the extra mile, know what I'm saying!

Oh man that was a real sad Valentine story.

Girl makes bet with girl,

boy craps out and makes her lose bet,

boy loses girl,

girl gets mad and tells all her friends what a douchebag he is,

boy gets depressed and jumps off bridge, like "Goodbye cruel world..."

...ok maybe it didn't end that way but hey, that would've been an even more totally cool story!

Hey, I did place a special Valentines Day bet with a friend. I bet him $100 that I was gonna take my girl to a more expensive restaurant and spend more on the night than he would with his girl.

I bet you're all thinking I'm gonna say we ended up in the same restaurant...

Nope, but I lost the bet cause he actually spent more than me by 20 bucks. But the funny part is my friend did a real stupid thing and bet with another friend that he would spend less than me, excpecting me to go crazy and try and beat him!

Well I woulda won, except when I went to get some gas on the way out, my credit card got maxed and I had to use cash for the restaurant meal. That meant I couldn't spend any more than I had on me, which was 20 bucks less than my friend had to spare!

Okay, not very romantic, but at least I still have a girlfriend...
