Hi folks, I just wanted to give you a heads up with regards to tax, the IRS and what it thinks about your online gambling income. If you win any money, you must declare it even if you lost more than you won, as far as the law goes. I know that's pretty harsh specailly as most of you seem to be predominantly down, but of course its up to you to declare it and then to argue how much you lost in the same period. Who said life was fair?
