Hey guys, if your following the Kentucky Domains Case, then you might want to know that following last week’s ruling by the Kentucky Supreme Court that found that both iMEGA and the IGC lacked standing to contest the state’s actions because they could not provide any names of teh domain owners the state wanted to confiscate, Yatahay Ltd, owner of TruePoker.com, are the first company to step forward and identify itself as an affected party and member of iMEGA. That substantially strengthens iMEGA/IGC case to re-file.

Dude, I hear the case has been revived and chief judge of the Kentucky Court of Appeals has approved iMEGA's request to have its petition to send the case straight back to the State Supreme Court.This should be interesting.
