If I may be so bold as to interject in this lively conversation my own thoughts on the sale of this premium domain name. For something that is akin to fresh air in that you can neither see it, hear it, touch it, smell it or taste it, a domain name of any format is merely a collection of letters and a period. For all that, one such aforementioned collection is poised to fetch several million dollars at auction which would utterly flabbergast anyone had it been suggested a mere 30 years ago! Then again, who ever would have thought you could bottle up water and sell it to people...
