Well I guess it had to come sooner or later, as the Canadian government wants to introduce an Internet tax to take money from folks who want to surf anywhere except government websites. They want to get ISPs to monitor each customer's surfing habits and report back to the tax people. Well that's just gonna force surfers to use cloaking tactics and if they don't already know how they're gonna learn for sure!
