Hallo, this is interesting that it has happened the legislation passed in Belgium for online gambling states that any group that wishes to offer online gambling services that are based in Belgium must initially get a land-based license. Also, operators must base any servers that control the gambling side of their operation within Belgian borders. The national lottery is not affected by the ruling and remains a state monopoly.
